1. 처리 주체 (Controller)
Studio DADA (제작사). 본 개인정보처리방침에서 정한 사항은 Studio DADA가 본 캐스팅 출연자 선발 심사 목적으로 수집·이용하는 개인정보에 적용됩니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목
Stage A — 일반 개인정보 (수집·이용 안내 대상)
성명, 성별, 생년(출생연도), 국적, 현재 거주 도시, 얼굴 사진, 전화번호, 이메일, SNS 계정, 자기소개서, 그 외 본인이 출연 신청서에 기재한 출연자 선발 심사 관련 정보 (언어·체류·동반자·사연·재능 등).
세부 카테고리
- 기본 정보: 이름·닉네임, 한 줄 자기소개, 나이, 성별, 국적, 모국어, 한국어 수준
- 연락처: 이메일, 빠른 연락 수단(선택)
- 한국 거주 정보(해당자): 비자 종류, 비자 만료일, 거주 기간, 거주 도시
- 촬영 관련: 촬영 가능 일정, 출연 형태, 동반자 정보, 그룹 별명
- 사연: 사연 카테고리, 본인의 사연, 운명에게 묻고 싶은 질문, 인생 전환점
- 특별함: 직업·전공, 키워드, 특이 경험, 재능·취미, SNS 계정(선택), 본인 사진 3~5장
- 운명 관련: 관심도, 점·사주 경험, 신비 경험, 시청 콘텐츠(선택)
- 기술 정보 (자동): 응답 제출 시각, 트랙·언어 식별자, 동의 페이지 통과 시각
Stage B — 민감정보 (별도 동의 대상)
신청자가 자기소개서에 자발적으로 기재한 사상·신념, 건강 상태, 인종·민족, 성적(性的) 사항 등의 정보 (기재한 경우에 한함).
※ 민감정보 기재 의무는 없으며, 동의 거부 시 선발 과정에서 어떠한 불이익도 없습니다.
3. 수집·이용 목적
- 출연자 선발 심사 (1차 검토 → Round 2 자기소개 영상 → 최종 캐스팅)
- 선발 결과 통지 (이메일 회신)
- 동반 그룹 자동 연결 (Group Alias / Group Key)
- 후보 시각화·내부 검토용 보고서 작성
4. 보유 및 이용 기간
미선발자: 선발 결과 통지 후 24시간 이내 즉시 파기 (Tally·Airtable·Drive 임시 백업본 모두 포함)
선발자: 출연 계약 체결 시까지 보유 (이후 출연 계약서에 따라 처리)
민감정보 (Stage B 동의자): 위 일반 정보와 동일 기간, 활용 범위는 출연자 선발 심사로 한정
Drive 임시 백업본: 응답 24시간 후 Studio DADA 비공개 Google Drive에 자동 임시 백업 (Tally storage 사고·URL 만료 방지). 미선발 통지 시점부터 24시간 이내 자동 영구 삭제 (휴지통 우회). 동의 철회 시 같은 SLA 적용. 자세한 사진 처리는 §8 참조
응답자는 언제든 이메일(earthwhat@gmail.com)로 동의 철회·삭제 요청 가능. 요청 시 24시간 이내 즉시 삭제.
5. 제3자 제공
- 캐스팅 검토를 위해 Studio DADA 내부 제작진(작가·PD)에 제공
- 선발 시 방송·제작 표준 절차에 따라 신상·범죄경력 등 추가 동의서 별도 수집 (출연 계약 단계)
- 광고·마케팅·외부 판매 등 다른 목적으로 절대 사용 안 함
- 민감정보는 제3자에게 제공되지 않음

응답 제출 시 위 국외 이전에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
7. 동의 흐름
- 랜딩 페이지에서 본인 언어·트랙 선택
- 개인정보 수집·이용 동의 페이지 통과 — Stage A 확인 (필수) + Stage B 동의 (선택)
- Tally 응답 폼 작성·제출
- 자동 답신 메일 수신
동의 페이지에서 Stage A 확인 없이는 응답 폼 진입이 불가합니다. Stage B 거부 시에도 응답은 정상 처리되며 선발 과정에서 불이익은 없습니다.
8. 응답자 권리
- 열람·정정 요청: 이메일 1회 신청으로 본인 정보 확인·정정 가능
- 삭제 요청: 이메일 1통으로 24시간 내 즉시 삭제
- 동의 철회: 캐스팅 진행 중 언제든 가능
- 이의 제기: 처리 방식에 이의가 있을 경우 이메일로 회신
9. 사진 사용 가이드 및 범위
- 본인 사진은 출연자 선발 심사 목적에 한하여 사용
- 사진은 본인 식별이 가능해야 하며, AI 보정·생성 프로그램을 과도하게 사용한 사진은 지양 (선발 절차 공정성·외모 차별 우려 예방 목적)
- 자동 임시 백업: 응답 24h 후 Tally storage → Studio DADA 비공개 Google Drive로 자동 백업 (Tally 측 사고·URL 만료 방지 목적, Studio DADA 내부 제작진만 접근)
- 미선발 시: 선발 결과 통지 후 24시간 이내 Tally·Airtable·Drive 백업본 모두 영구 삭제 (휴지통 우회)
- 선발 시: 별도 출연 계약서에 따라 사용 범위·기간 별도 명시. 계약 체결 후에는 백업본도 계약 조건에 따라 처리
10. 미성년자 보호
본 캐스팅은 만 18세 이상만 응시 가능. 미성년자 응답 발견 시 즉시 폐기.
11. 보안
- Tally·Airtable·Google·Netlify 모두 HTTPS 암호화 통신
- 처리자 계정 2단계 인증 활성화
- 정보 유출 발생 시 즉시 통보 (응답자 이메일)
12. 변경 및 고지
본 방침의 중요 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 사전 공지. 변경 후에도 응답자는 동의 철회 권리 행사 가능.

Privacy Policy (v4)

1. Controller
Studio DADA (production company). This Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information by Studio DADA for the purpose of casting screening.

2. Information Collected
Stage A — General Personal Information (Notice subject)
Name, gender, year of birth, nationality, current city of residence, face photos, phone number, email, SNS accounts, application story, and other information voluntarily provided in the application form for casting screening (such as language proficiency, residency, companions, personal story, talents, etc.).
Detailed Categories
- Basic: Name/nickname, tagline, age, gender, nationality, native language, Korean level
- Contact: Email, fast contact method (optional)
- Korea residency (if applicable): Visa type, visa expiry, residency duration, city
- Filming-related: Availability, appearance type, companion details, group alias
- Story: Category, your story, questions for destiny, life turning point
- Uniqueness: Profession, keywords, unique background, talents/hobbies, SNS (optional), 3-5 photos
- Fortune-related: Interest, past consultations, mystical moments, watched content (optional)
- Technical (auto): Submission timestamp, track/language identifier, consent timestamp
Stage B — Sensitive Information (Separate consent)
Information voluntarily included in the application story regarding beliefs/ideology, health status, race/ethnicity, sexual matters, etc. (only if included).
※ You are not obligated to provide sensitive information. Refusing this consent will not result in any disadvantage in the selection process.
3. Purpose of Use
- Casting screening (Round 1 review → Round 2 self-intro video → final casting)
- Result notification (email reply)
- Automatic group linking (Group Alias / Group Key)
- Candidate visualization and internal review reports
4. Retention Period
Non-selected applicants: Destroyed within 24 hours of result notification (including Tally, Airtable, and Drive temporary backups)
Selected applicants: Retained until casting contract is executed
Sensitive information (Stage B consenters): Same retention as general info; usage limited to casting screening
Drive temporary backup: Photos automatically backed up to Studio DADA's private Google Drive 24h after submission (to prevent loss from Tally storage incidents or URL expiry). Permanently deleted (bypassing trash) within 24h of result notification for non-selected applicants. Same SLA for withdrawal-of-consent requests. See §9 for photo handling details
Applicants may request withdrawal of consent or deletion at any time via email (earthwhat@gmail.com). Deletion within 24 hours.
5. Third-Party Sharing
- Shared with Studio DADA internal production team for casting review
- Additional consents (ID/criminal record) collected separately at contract stage
- Never used for advertising, marketing, or external sale
- Sensitive information not shared with third parties

7. Consent Flow
- Select language and track on the landing page
- Pass the Personal Information Consent Page — Stage A acknowledgement (Required) + Stage B agreement (Optional)
- Fill in and submit the Tally application form
- Receive auto-reply email
Without Stage A acknowledgement, you cannot proceed to the application form. Refusing Stage B does not affect the selection process.
8. Applicant Rights
- Access/Correction: Verify or correct via email
- Deletion: Single email → immediate deletion within 24 hours
- Withdraw consent: Any time during the casting process
- Objection: Email us with any objection
9. Photo Usage Guide and Scope
- Used only for casting screening
- Identifiable as you, without heavy AI editing or AI-generated processing
- Automatic temporary backup: 24h after submission, photos are auto-backed up from Tally storage to Studio DADA's private Google Drive (to prevent loss from Tally-side incidents or URL expiry; accessible only to Studio DADA's internal production team)
- Non-selected: All photos (Tally, Airtable, Drive backups) permanently deleted (bypassing trash) within 24h of result notification
- Selected: Usage specified in appearance contract. Backup copies handled per contract terms after signing
10. Minors Protection
This casting is 18+ only. Minor submissions will be discarded immediately upon discovery.
11. Security
- All services use HTTPS encrypted communication
- Two-factor authentication enabled
- Immediate breach notification
12. Changes and Notification
Material changes will be announced in advance on this page. Applicants retain the right to withdraw consent after changes.
